Explorer Post 703 provides young adults (Ages 14-18) an opportunity to learn about fire service careers through various hands-on programs to promote growth and development. GCRFD recruits are provided with the proper environment, resources, and knowledge, through experiential learning that they will need to gain insight into the fire service as a career.
